Our policy includes 360 Assistance, giving you online access to the latest medical, political, and security updates worldwide. From vaccination requirements and consulate contacts to travel disruption alerts on severe weather or industrial action, you’ll have the information you need at your fingertips.

SmartDelay Plus
With SmartDelay Plus, if your registered flight is delayed by 90 minutes or more you’ll receive a QR code for instant lounge access while you wait. If no lounge is available, you’ll get £25 instead.
Flights must be registered at least 24 hours before departure. One benefit per delay.

Frequently asked questions
I want to do some winter sports this year, do I need to take out any additional cover?
Yes! Just make sure you’ve added the optional extra ‘Winter Sports’ to your policy – you’ll see this on your policy schedule. If it’s missing, you won’t be covered should you need to make a claim.
Is Turkey or Egypt included in Europe?
To ensure your cover applies for these destinations, please choose “Worldwide excluding USA, Canada and Caribbean.”
Do I need to declare my medical conditions? I had a couple of problems in the past.
It depends. Please let us know about any medical condition you’ve been treated for within the last 12 months. If you’d like to be certain, you can contact our medical screening team using the details in your policy documents. The team is available from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Do I need to do anything before I travel?
Please ensure you’ve updated us about any changes to your health and checked the latest advice for your travel destination - you can do this easily via our 360 Assistance platform. Once that’s done, you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
I would like to make some changes, how can I do this?
At present, it isn’t possible to make changes through your customer account. However, you can contact our customer service team between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, who will be happy to update your policy.
